Refund policy

Every Soundtrait print is made to order - your artwork is created for you and printed when you buy it. That shapes what we can offer:

Cancelling an order. You can cancel within 1 hour of placing your order. Email hello@soundtrait.com straight away with your order number and we'll cancel and refund you in full. After an hour your order is on its way into production and can no longer be cancelled.

Digital downloads. Your files are created and made available within minutes of purchase. By buying a digital download you agree that delivery begins immediately, and that once the files have been made available to you the order can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

Returns. Because each print is produced to order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an error in the details you entered (do check names, dates and wording in the preview — your design is printed exactly as shown).

Damaged, faulty or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or isn't what you ordered, contact hello@soundtrait.com with your order number and a photo or two, and we'll put it right. Please get in touch as soon as you can after delivery.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method, normally within 5–10 working days of being agreed.

None of the above affects your statutory rights.
