Shipping policy
We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only.
Made to order. Every print is produced for you after you order, with unframed prints normally produced within two working days and framed prints in about three, then dispatched.
Delivery options (times are after dispatch; couriers are typical and subject to change):
- Budget - Evri Standard 48, 2–3 working days, not tracked
- Standard - Evri Next Day 24, 1–2 working days, not tracked
- Express - Royal Mail Tracked 24, 1–2 working days, tracked
- Overnight - DPD Local Next Day, next working day, tracked, unframed prints only
Framed prints travel by tracked courier on every delivery option.
Free Budget and Standard delivery applies to unframed print orders of £30 or more, based on the value of the items before delivery. Below that, and for framed prints, delivery is charged at what it costs us and shown at checkout before you pay. Express and Overnight delivery are always charged.
You'll receive an email when your order is on its way, with a tracking link on tracked services. Smaller prints ship flat; larger prints ship rolled in a sturdy tube, ready for framing; framed prints arrive ready to hang.
Digital downloads don't ship at all: your files are prepared within minutes of checkout, and your download link appears on the order-confirmation screen and in your confirmation email. Links stay live for 30 days - if yours has expired, contact hello@soundtrait.com and we'll re-issue it.
If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, contact hello@soundtrait.com with your order number and we'll chase it.
