Shipping policy

We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses only.

Made to order. Every print is produced for you after you order, normally within 1–2 working days, then dispatched.

Delivery options (times are after dispatch):

Budget — 2–3 working days, untracked
Standard — 2–3 working days, untracked
Express — 1–2 working days, tracked
Overnight — next working day, tracked

Free UK delivery applies to print orders over £40.

You'll receive an email when your order is on its way, with a tracking link where the service includes tracking. Smaller prints ship flat; larger prints ship rolled in a sturdy tube, ready for framing.

Digital downloads don't ship at all: your files are prepared within minutes of checkout, and your download link appears on the order-confirmation screen and in your confirmation email. Links stay live for 30 days — if yours has expired, contact hello@soundtrait.com and we'll re-issue it.

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected time, contact hello@soundtrait.com with your order number and we'll chase it.
